Required Educational Qualification for Bihar STET 2023
Paper 1 (Secondary)
- Applicants need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks and should have passed the B.Ed examination.
OR
- Applicants should hold a Master's Degree in the relevant subject and have successfully completed the B.Ed examination.
OR
- Candidates must have Bachelor Degree / Master Degree with Minimum 45% Marks (As per NCTE Norms) with B.Ed.
OR
- Candidates must have 4 Year Course BA B.Ed / BSc B.Ed Exam Passed.
Paper 2 (Senior Secondary)
- Applicants should possess a Master's Degree in a relevant subject with a minimum of 50% marks and have cleared the B.Ed exam or BA B.Ed / B.Sc B.Ed programs.
OR
- Applicants should possess a Master's Degree with at least 45% marks (in accordance with NCTE norms) along with a B.Ed qualification.
OR
- Applicants need to hold a Master's Degree with a minimum of 55% marks and have completed a 3-year B.Ed or M.Ed course.
List of Documents Needed for Bihar STET 2023 Application
- Photo Requirement: A photograph of suitable size against a white or light background.
- Signature Copy: A scanned version of the candidate's signature.
- Documents to Scan: Scanned copies are needed for the subsequent documents:
- Matriculation Records: Mark sheet and birth certificate of the Class 10th examination.
- Intermediate Records: Certificate and mark sheet of the Class 12th examination.
- Bachelor's Degree Records: Certificate and mark sheet of the Bachelor’s degree.
- Master's Degree Records: Certificate and mark sheet of the Master’s degree.
- B.Ed Exam Records: Mark sheet and certificate of the B.Ed examination.
- Additional Qualifications: Any other available educational qualifications.
- Category Proof: Certificate indicating the candidate's category (if applicable).

Some Information about Bihar STET 2023 Exam
- Exam Type: The examination will be conducted in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format.
- Question Format: All the questions in the exam will be of the multiple-choice type.
- No Negative Marking: There will be no deduction of marks for incorrect answers.
- Marks Allocation: Each question will carry 1 mark.
- Total Questions: The exam will consist of a total of 150 questions.
