What is the Bihar Sakshamta Pariksha?
The Bihar Sakshamta Pariksha (also known as the Bihar Teacher Eligibility Test or TET) is conducted by the Bihar Government to assess the competency and potential of existing government-appointed teachers within the state.

Eligibility Criteria For Bihar Shikshak Sakshamta Pariksha Phase 2
To be eligible for the Bihar Niyojit Shikshak Sakshamta Pariksha 2024, candidates must have the following qualification:
- Must be appointed as a teacher in Primary, Middle, Secondary, or Higher Secondary schools under the Bihar Government.
- Candidates appointed as Physical Teachers or Librarians by local bodies are also eligible to apply.
Important Note: Teachers who applied for Phase 1 but couldn’t appear for the exam. They can re-apply without paying the application fee again.

The application fee for all categories is a non-refundable Rs. 1100/- and must be paid online.

Bihar Sakshamta Pariksha Exam Pattern
- Exam Mode: Online Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes
- Questions: 150 multiple-choice questions
- Sections: The exam structure varies slightly for different teaching levels:
- Primary Teacher (Classes 1-5): Language, General Studies, General Subject
- Middle/Secondary/Senior Secondary Teachers: Language, General Studies, General Subject (specific to the subject of teaching)
